Customer Survey is a good way of having product support. Customer survey allows the company to be able to find out what are the improvements they can do in order to make their product more appealing to the customers. Customers support companies when they know that their suggestion is being taken into consideration. Customer survey will help the company to know what areas they need to work on in order to come up with the best product. It also enables the company to have a direct communication with the customers and later on build a good relationship with them.
