Dispatching team members into specific works needed to be done is a task that needs to be focused on by the leader. The leader has to make sure that the members are assigned into responsibilities which they can fulfill. Otherwise, the team would not succeed at all. It is also important to note that team members have different specialties so it is advised to assign them into variation of expertise to fully maximize their efforts and capabilities. This way, the team will surely succeed and meet the goal of the company or corporation.
